Issues with UNH email links

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Security Update

Salesforce Marketing Cloud has implemented a security update that affects previously sent emails. Salesforce Marketing Cloud is used by USNH to send internal messages. As part of this change, Salesforce has expired all links in messages sent through Marketing Cloud on or before Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Any links included in messages on or before that date will no longer work. This update was applied across all Salesforce clients, not just within the University System of New Hampshire.

Messages sent after January 21, 2026, include the upgraded security protections, and all links in those emails will continue to work normally.

What this means for you

If you are viewing a USNH email that was sent on or before January 21, 2026, any links in that message will not work. If you need to access information that was originally provided through one of those links, please follow these steps:

  • ET&S reviewed key messages with the highest open and click-through rates from the last 30 days. Look below for a copy of these messages with the functioning links.
  • Visit the USNH or campus website directly and navigate to the relevant department or service.
  • Use the search function on your institution’s website to locate the resource.
  • If you cannot find what you need, contact the ET&S Help Desk for assistance by calling or submitting this form:
