What is a day in the life of a UNH business student like? Meet Alexandra Mahoney '26, a hotel and hospitality management and EcoGastronomy dual major with a minor in culinary nutrition and food studies at UNH Paul College. Alex recently served as general manager for Paul's Gourmet Dinner, a capstone project for hospitality management students, in which they conceptualize and execute a fully immersive six-course dining experience.
